1.2. The personal data controller is Individual Entrepreneur Morgunov Artem Yuryevich (hereinafter referred to as the "Controller").

• The Civil Code of the Russian Federation
• Other applicable regulatory acts of the Russian Federation

1.4. By using the Service, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with this Policy.

2. Data We Collect

2.1. Data you provide:

• Email -- for registration and authentication
• Name -- optional, at the user's discretion
• Telegram ID -- when authenticating via Telegram

2.2. Data collected automatically:

• Voice recordings -- sent to the server for recognition and immediately deleted after processing
• Transcribed text -- stored for history synchronization (can be disabled)
• Device fingerprint -- anonymous hash to prevent abuse
• Usage statistics -- word count, usage frequency (anonymized)

3. Offline Mode

When using offline mode (Premium plan):

• All data is processed locally on your device
• Voice data is not sent to servers
• History is stored only on your computer

4. Purposes of Data Processing

• Providing the Service's functionality (speech recognition, synchronization)
• User authentication and identification
• Payment processing and subscription management
• Abuse prevention (multiple free accounts)
• Technical support
• Improving Service quality based on aggregated statistics

We do NOT collect or analyze the content of your transcriptions for marketing or machine learning purposes.

5. Data Storage and Security

• Data is stored on servers located in the Russian Federation
• Data transmission is secured via HTTPS (TLS/SSL)
• Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel only
• Billing data is retained for 5 years (in accordance with tax legislation)
• Technical logs are retained for 90 days

6. Sharing Data with Third Parties

6.1. Payment processors:

• T-Bank -- payment processing (data shared: email, payment amount)

6.2. We do NOT sell your data to third parties.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request information about your processed data
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Withdraw consent and request data deletion
• Disable synchronization and cloud history storage
• Export your data
• Delete your account entirely

8. Cookies

The v2txt.ru website uses technical cookies to maintain your authentication session and remember your settings. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy. We will notify you of material changes via email or through a notification in the Service. By continuing to use the Service after changes take effect, you accept the updated Policy.
